Updates Now Available for MacOS 13 (Ventura)

The newest version of the Mac’s operating system, MacOS 13 (Ventura), is almost here. Apple will be shipping Ventura out on Monday, and all of Rogue Amoeba’s products are now ready. We’ve been testing on Ventura throughout the summer and early fall, and as our always-helpful Status page shows, the latest versions of our apps now offer initial compatibility.
To get yourself set, just be sure you have the latest versions of Airfoil, Audio Hijack, Farrago, Fission, Loopback, Piezo, and SoundSource.
We always recommend taking it slow when it comes to updating your Mac’s operating system, and this year is no exception. While all of our products now have initial compatibility with Ventura, we’ll be watching for issues and performing additional testing as well.
For those with production setups, taking it slow when it comes to updating is always prudent. Even if your setup isn’t mission-critical, you can often save yourself headaches by waiting a bit to move up to the latest OS.
Whenever you do move up, though, just be sure you’ve got our latest versions and you’ll be good to go.
