Get Fission 1.6.2 Now
Posted By Paul Kafasis on January 27th, 2009
After a major update to Pulsar yesterday, we’ve got a minor update for our audio editor Fission today. Fission 1.6.2 has two important bug fixes and many smaller updates as well. With this update, looped playback is now properly gapless, and a bug in our scrubbing indicator and scrolling code has been fixed as well.
This is of course a free update, so download it now. If you haven’t yet tried Fission, you can learn more about our easy-to-use, lossless audio editor right on the Fission page.

February 3rd, 2009 at 12:30 pmI gotta say, Fission is a great product. It is just right in its graphical interface and functionality. I have been using it to trim files recorded off my old LPs and tapes (with Audio Hijack, of course, which also earns top marks), and it has proven and paid for itself over and over. Keep up the good work!
