My favorite source of Mac-related data, the Omni Software Update Statistics, site has been given a big overhaul. Besides giving you nifty statistics, like how 10% of Omni’s users have Intel Macs already, they now chart all the data over time as well so you can see adoption rates.

The Hardware -> CPU Subtype chart is one of the more interesting. Currently it shows a large spike of new Intel machines, with a matching drop off of G4s. It appears that G5 owners are either content with their machines, or are waiting for Intel PowerMacs.
