Previously, we mentioned Reemote for Airfoil, but there’s now a second remote control app for iOS to consider. If you’re looking to control Airfoil from your iOS device, be sure to give Muse Control a look as well – the new version 2 has support for Airfoil!

As well, a handy little utility for the Mac has caught my eye. Rogue Amoeba has developers in five (!) different time zones, so it can be difficult to keep track of what time it is where. I’ve started using the beautiful little Clocky, from Studio Dalton.

Update (April 7th, 2011): Clocky is now known as Clocks, and version 1.1 is out with a few needed features (like renaming a clock, perfect for naming it after the person who lives there).

Pulsar 2.2.2 Again Restores SiriusXM Support

Pulsar IconFollowing their changes in February, SiriusXM again made server-side changes to their site in the past two weeks. Yet again, these changes broke third-party support for listening, rendering Pulsar (and other players such as Catpig Studios’ Radium) non-functional.

After much work, including collaboration with our new friends at Catpig, we’ve again got Pulsar working. All Pulsar users can download version 2.2.2 by choosing Check for Update from the Pulsar menu, or get it right from the Pulsar page. To get back to listening, grab that update now.
